Booking Details • Trial classes with discounted rates are possible for new clients only. • Lessons and packages must be booked in advance and registration upon booking is binding • Package bookings at the rates above are only valid for upfront payments. The validity period of the package booking starts on the date the payment is received. Validity periods for package bookings are as follows: one-off and trial lessons must be redeemed within one month of payment; packages of 10 lessons within three months; and packages of 20 lessons within six months. • Bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within the validity period stated above, according to tutor availability. If the client has not redeemed all the lessons of a package within the validity period, the tutor is not required to make up any lessons. Cancellations & Holidays • The client must give a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Any cancellations given with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. • In case you or your child is unwell (fever, contagious illness, etc.), please reschedule the lesson, and kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling, and at least 48 hours if the lesson will be on a Monday. • In the event of tutor illness or emergency, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to the client. • If multiple lessons are cancelled, the tutor reserves the right to offer the regular slot to another client. Location • Lessons can be offered at your home (within the Zürich region – a travel surcharge may apply for further distances), or at a mutually agreed location (e.g. quiet café or classroom – a rental surcharge may apply). Liability/Insurance • While every effort is made to ensure a safe and positive learning experience, the tutor is not liable for any accidents or injuries occurring on the client’s premises or public spaces during tutoring sessions. Confidentiality & Data • All client information is kept strictly confidential, and no photos, videos or personal data will be shared without permission.
