If you have an extenuating circumstance, please write to us and we will handle each cancellation on a case by case basis.
Make-up classes may only be offered in the following circumstances: for cancellations made at the discretion of Flotion (e.g. teacher illness, poor weather conditions, minimum amount of participants not reached, etc). We will make sure to update and inform you about these circumstances.
In major events beyond Flotion’s control (pandemic, government restrictions, etc), any classes that cannot take place in person will be offered online.
